Alyia provides tailored support for individuals with ADHD , using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.  Alyia can provide support to individuals with this diagnosis by helping them understand its impact on topics like addiction, learning, and physical & emotional health.  Additionally, Alyia can provide support to build healthy coping skills that are effective with this diagnosis.

Older Adult Mental Health and Dementia
Passionate about serving older adults (age 60+), Alyia addresses mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and addiction.  As a Certified Dementia Care Provider, she supports individuals with dementia through therapeutic activities and offers counselling for their families and caregivers to navigate the challenges of this diagnosis.
