Evening and weekend availability!
I have worked in the field of mental health and crisis since 2020, and I have spent much of that time working with people when life was at its most difficult. My experience spans community and health care settings, including the Emergency Department. I work with adults and teens who want a safe place to talk openly and honestly about what is going on in their lives, whether they know exactly what they need or are still trying to make sense of it themselves. I have experience with crisis, trauma, significant mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the complicated situations that don’t always make sense. I offer traditional talk therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes therapy means exploring where things came from and sometimes it means figuring out how to get through tomorrow. There is room for both. I’ve worked with people through some incredibly difficult circumstances, and I don’t scare easily. You don’t need to worry about being judged or editing yourself. Show up as you are and we can start there.
