Chelsey Thomas
BSW, RSW
When you are in a dark spot, it can feel like the end. The weight is heavy, and it can be hard to breathe. My goal is to help you see that this darkness isn’t a burial—it is an opportunity to realize you have been planted, and you are finally able to grow.
If you are seeking support for a young child who needs a gentle, safe space to process their big feelings, they are absolutely welcome here. I will meet them right where they are, creating a healing environment that benefits them best.
If you are a teenager feeling burnt out by the weight of expectations, or feeling all alone and every day is a battle, I can offer you the safe space to put that armour down and figure out how to take the next step towards the future you want.
If you are a parent or caregiver of a neurodivergent child, exhausted from constantly advocating and feeling like you have to hold everything together, this is your safe harbor. You are invited to completely drop the mask, share the burden, and know you will be deeply understood and fiercely supported.
Together, we will explore your story—every pain, every scar, and every trauma—with absolute care, deep empathy, and zero judgment. My approach is simple: if a warm, comforting cup of tea were a person, that is the exact energy I bring into the room.
If my approach resonates with you, I am waiting to be a flashlight in your dark waiting room, illuminating the path before you choose your next journey. Click the contact button to take the first gentle step.
