My name is Taralyn, and I am a registered social worker (SASW) with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. With nearly 15 years of experience in various human service fields, I am dedicated to providing accessible mental health resources, particularly in rural Saskatchewan. My passion lies in supporting individuals to be authentically themselves in a society that pushes you into a box.

I am trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Anger Management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), equipping me with the tools to offer meaningful, respectful, and client-centered support. To ensure accessibility for rural communities, I provide both phone and virtual sessions.

Outside of my work, I cherish time with my wonderful partner, my role as a bonus mom, and caring for my beloved dog and cat. Animals, community, and genuine human connection are central to both my personal and professional life.
